Elizabeth Perkins is an American actress best known for her role as Celia Hodes on Showtime’s television series ‘Weeds,’ for which she was nominated for two Golden Globes and three Primetime Emmys. She is also well-known for her appearances in films such as ‘The Flintstones,’ ‘Avalon,’ ‘Miracle on 34th Street,’ and ‘Big.’ Following her parents’ divorce, Perkins and her two elder sisters were raised on her maternal grandmother’s farm in Vermont.

Perkins married actor Terry Kinney from 1984 to 1988. She later married cinematographer Julio Macat and became the stepmother to his three boys, Alexander, Andreas, and Maximillian. Additionally, the actress and Maurice Phillips have a daughter named Hannah Jo Phillips. She adores animals and now owns two, Buster and Lulu.
