Fernanda Brando Gonçalves da Silva born 3 May 1983 in Munich, Germany is a Brazilian singer and dancer. She rose to prominence as Laava, later as part of the Latin musical duo Hot Banditoz [de]. Early years Brando was born in Brazil’s Belo Horizonte and raised in Rio de Janeiro. She had danced in the Rio Carnival and sung to samba folklore hits by the age of four.
