He was born and raised in Australia, though, and speaks with a genuine Australian accent. Viewers had a chance to hear him say it during his visit on American Horror Stories.

He’s also a director and screenwriter. Cody is most known for his acting, but it isn’t the only thing he has done in his life. He’s also tried his hand at acting in front of the camera. With the short film Pisces, he made his writing and producing debut in 2017. It will be fascinating to see whether he ever works behind the camera.
He is a genuine fashionista in every sense of the word. Cody has a great sense of style and isn’t afraid to let his clothing do the talking. He is a firm believer in attire that is not gender-specific. During an interview with Louis Vuitton in 2020, Cody revealed some of his design sense and the thinking process that goes into his wardrobe selections.
Elizabeth: He became an actor as a result of the Golden Age. Cody, like many other actors, can pinpoint the moment he knew he wanted to be a part of the entertainment industry. “Something came alive again after watching [Elizabeth: The Golden Age],” Cody told GQ. I suddenly realised I didn’t enjoy my life; I didn’t like the people I was hanging out with, the music I was listening to, or the clothing I was wearing.” He decided to quit his job and pursue acting full-time.
On Instagram, he came across American Horror Stories. Because Cody was cast in American Horror Stories, many believed he knew a lot about the project. This, however, does not seem to be the case. Cody, like the rest of the world, found the same facts.
Code told Entertainment Weekly, “I first heard about it on Instagram because Ryan mentioned that I was going to be in it.” I yelled, ‘Wait!’ What? So, what precisely am I up to? OK. Cool,’” He’d want to reprise his role as Michael Landon in the future. After witnessing him perform so well in the part of Michael Landon, many people would want to see him reprise it.
Despite the fact that no official word on whether or not that will happen has been released, Cody is open to the notion and told Entertainment Weekly that he likes working with Ryan Murphy. He’s got Invisalign on.
When most people think about braces, the first thing that comes to mind is a mouth full of metal.Cody isn’t embarrassed to use Invisalign transparent aligners since they have made a significant difference in his life. Cody began his interview with Louis Vuitton by removing his Invisalign trays.
Cody Fern appeared in various theatrical performances, including Romeo and Juliet at Shakespeare WA, Lindsay in Jandamarra at the Black Swan Theatre Company, and The Enchanters at the State Theatre of Western Australia. He has acted in short films such as Still Take You Home (2010), which won a Western Australian Screen Award, and The Last Time I Saw Richard (2009). (2014).

In the last season of House of Cards in 2018, he played Duncan Shepherd. “First and foremost, I believe it is important to state that I am aware that there is a distinction between who I am and who the character is. But when I’m trying to figure out who Michael is or when I’m in his body, I’m seeing things through his eyes.
I’m not looking at it from the perspective of someone who is bad or nasty, or who wishes for the end of the world. I’m seeing things through the eyes of a lost traveller.” “He conjures up the evil inside others in his thinking. He tempts them and tests their willingness to go by pushing their buttons. He’s not putting it there; he’s pulling it out.
It isn’t anything he has done, but rather something he has disclosed. As a result, he’s a really upright figure.” ” “If you pay attention to [American] Horror Story, you’ll see that Michael is attracted to powerful women. Cordelia is the first person he respects as he steps up to the warlock school. As a result, I didn’t feel like I was playing in the gender dynamic as Michael in this female-dominated society since Michael travels so fluidly between them.
Michael, in my opinion, does not have a gender. He’s quite versatile in terms of how he portrays himself, his emotions, his sexuality, and his ability to seduce both men and women. It was a fun battlefield to watch.” Cody Fern appears in American Horror Story: Apocalypse for the second time in a Ryan Murphy production.
